If run out of oxygen after a short sprint, you'll be unable to concentrate on even the simpliest drills. So, first you need to build up your fitness.

What do you need to play beach volleyball?
1. If you live near a beach, it's pretty simple: Probably you'll find a beach volleyball court in no time. Just stand outside it, and hope, that they'll let you play sooner or later... The only equipment you need is a short or a bikini.
